Document checklist for registration from India

Here’s everything you’ll need to get your Amazon Global Selling account up and running. Most sellers already have these on hand.

1. PAN Card

Individual or Business PAN. The name must match exactly across all other documents.

2. GST Registration

GSTIN is mandatory for exporting products. Proprietorship, LLP, or Pvt Ltd GST registrations are all accepted.

3. Identity Proof

Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or PAN Card.

4. Address Proof

Bank statement, electricity bill, rent agreement, credit card statement, or utility bill.

5. Bank Account

A current account is preferred for international payouts. A recent bank statement may be required.

6. International Card

Visa or Mastercard with international transactions enabled, used for subscription and verification.

7. Email & Mobile Number

A unique email address and an active mobile number for your seller account.

8. IEC Code

Importer Exporter Code issued by DGFT. Mandatory for all exports from India.

9. AD Code

Authorized Dealer Code issued by your bank for export payments.

10. Product Compliance (if applicable)

FDA, FSSAI, CPC Certificate, Trademark, Test Reports, or Brand Authorization, depending on your product category.
